LONDON LOCATION! Would give no stars if I could. My husband was referred here because of a mass that was found by the hospital on his kidney that we were told could be cancer. Dec. 15 the mass was 33 mm. My husband was told that nothing could be done until a CT was done. Which was fine. However he had the CT Jan. 4 which showed the mass now at 35 mm. The results were then faxed to the London clinic on Jan. 5. We were told that he Dr McGregor would not be back until Jan. 11 to view results (Why can't they be faxed to him?). W... read more

I went and had 2 confirmed kidney stones and he tried to tell me that the pain i had in my right side and lower back wasnt from the kidney stones and that kidney stones dont cause pain like that when its a proven fact it does. ridiculous. never going back there again.
I went in with 3 confirmed kidney stones and he told me they wasn't the cause of my pain I was describing... He done absolutely 0 to help me. NOTHING. No follow ups, nothing. I work for a living with great insurance and got no help. If I was a junkie I would have had some kind of treatment done on the spot. The working man gets screwed. He's a joke. Look a man in his eyes instead of staring at his tattoos and forming your own opinion/treatment based on appearance. Do your job basically. Very simple.
