Everything!! The atmosphere, the menu, the iOS, the service and the people watching!!! It’s a local haunt so very interesting. From elder gents discussing chess to a fashionable lady in a full length mink....
maybe just try the milkshakes? the food was verrrrryyy disappointing. Ore-Ida fries, everything was clearly just frozen and reheated.
Had a great time here when I was visiting in Oct. I highly recommend the grilled cheese and chocolate egg cream. Such a friendly, fun place! ♥️💕

Very nice old fashioned Restaurant with very good Burgers....
Like stepping into a twilight zone move. Frozen in time! I had great turkey club and WiFi’s had pancakes w/ warm maple syrup. Malted and egg cream. Tight seats for us larger folk and a steady flow of customers at lunch time. Lunch counter scrubbed with in an inch of its life. Who knew Formica could last that long? Go! Have fun.
Throw back to what I remember as a kid. Great food and service.
Everything I've tried here has been great and the sliced tomatoes are unusually good...I order them with everything! Great staff and knock-out decor & history too. Love it!
