I had two vehicles registered, and one of them was towed for no reason. When I went to the office to find out what happened, the manager shut the door in my face and told me to come back at 10 a.m. Absolutely unacceptable! I had to pay $400 to get my car out of the lot. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE manager, HORRIBLE place!
Terrible management team with awful communication skills. Maintenance will enter without an announcement and water gets shut off without notifying residents.
I lived here for 1 year and could not wait for my lease to be up, it was depressing to come home to roaches every day. Crawling on the walls, on the ceiling, in my closet, i even found them in my fridge l. Guess i couldn't shut the fridge fast enough to avoid them getting in there.
