Terrible management team with awful communication skills. Maintenance will enter without an announcement and water gets shut off without notifying residents.
I lived here for 1 year and could not wait for my lease to be up, it was depressing to come home to roaches every day. Crawling on the walls, on the ceiling, in my closet, i even found them in my fridge l. Guess i couldn't shut the fridge fast enough to avoid them getting in there. Los peores apartamentos donde e podido vivir los precios suben de la renta como que aumentan con los meses aparte pésimo servicio de mantenimiento más de quince días para arreglar cualquier tontería tengo una fuga de agua y tapado el lavavajillas hace 10 días y no se reportan

If i could give zero I would they don’t fix shit Ive made request after request bathroom ceiling is falling in and leaking … dont rent here dont rent here. Edit one week later !! Ceiling is still leaking every time the neighbors turn on their bathroom water. Nothing still has been done about it. One week after last update :::: STILL NOT FIXED Okay yall after living here for about 4 months they finally came to fix it .. THANK GOD
