We inherited an alarm from the previous owners. We don’t want it, don’t have service, but it constantly beeps, and we have to struggle with it to keep it from being too noisy. I don’t know how to uninstall LOL. This may be more headache than it’s worth.
Jacob updated the system and corrected several issues. He was so easy to work with, explained everything and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I'm updating my review from five starts to three. The sales and tech guys are terrific, five stars. The system itself is two stars. Why? Because it shoots bogus error codes when nothing is wrong, requiring service calls ($$$) to come in and essentially do nothing, just a hard reset of the main panel. The error codes aren't time stamped in a way that users can see, to know what's an actual current issue. Also, the panel's information such as signal strength has a terrible UI, being extremely difficult to navigate and get good... read more
