I do NOT recommend taking your dog to this doggie daycare. It is poorly run and many of the employees are extremely rude and hostile. This business is very unorganized which I found disappointing. The owner and management refuse to fix ongoing problems, so the staff repeatly make the same mistakes. They are missing an opportunity to have a well run business because of their incompetence. There are better daycares in Portland, do not give this one your business.

award winning groomer at the Pearl location – I tried the groomer in the Pearl out. She was simply amazing. Tho not Lexidog staff she is located in Lexidog. D'tails Dog Salon. I did an in depth review on them but I found them by going to Lexidogs website so the review applies here as well.

Very unorganized, no customer service, treat pets better than their owners – I tried Lexidog on Macadam but each time we've taken our dogs it was a headache. When we had our dogs tested to see if they will allow them Macadam was too busy & told us to go to the Pearl and said they won't need shot records. We went to the Pearl & they do need shot records, which we didn't bring, so we had our vet fax them & waited an hour & they didn?t even apologize for the miscommunication. Best Doggy Daycare – My yorkshire terrier LOVES the doggy daycare at Lexidog. The facilities are clean, open, and offer an opportunity for my dog to socialize with other dogs. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our pet. They sent home a birthday cupcake on his birthday and give out cute holiday bandanas.

Great staff who will love your pet! – Our dog LOVES to go to Lexidog. The folks there greet her lovingly when we arrive. The facility is very clean and she comes home tuckered out after a day of playing with the other dogs and staff members. If you're into pet accessories, they carry unique pet treats, toys and clothing to make your pooch into Marilyn Monroe or Elmer Fudd.
