The staff is very friendly. The rooms are well appointed. The pillows are excellent and the location is ideal. It's the only place I stay in Los Angeles
Very convenient location - less than a 10-minute drive to Universal Studios, with plenty of great coffee shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. The parking garage was spacious and easy to access ($10 per night).
First of all, When we came in, there was a big boy hiding in the corner eating and that is literally all he did the entire time. Customer service was Terrible. I alerted the front desk that there was a mirror that was not fully attached to the wall. When I brought the mirror down to my face, it fell off of the wall and broke. I also alerted the Housekeeping staff that this was an issue. She did not speak English, but it seemed like she understood what I was saying. I took photos and videos.
