Also had trouble with receiving the wrong product and when called to return so I could get correct tile needed, 2 different sales people, one of which was a manager, both said would get back to me and never heard from either if them. terrible customer service!
I would not recommend Lexco, they have VERY poor customer service. I selected a chair rail and apparently their associate wrote down the wrong number. When it came in and we told them that it was wrong they refused to let us return it and get the correct chair rail - even though I had a picture of the one I had selected from their display board to show what I had selected. Now I am faced with the decision of either reordering the correct chair rail and being out several hundred dollars or living with the wrong tile.
