We had great experience with Lexar Homes. Our Forman Jeff Foubert was fantastic. Helping us to navigate all our construction issues and questions . We are enjoying our home and feel very comfortable. It is nice to work with good committed people.
7 months we moved into our home built by Lexar, which was nearly three months past the completion due date. Today our home still has unresolved damage caused by employees and subs, incomplete work, and substandard work. Blue tape and thick overspray are all over our windows today. Our sliding doors are damaged and pulling away from the frames. Our interior doors are warped and will not open and close properly. They used rental grade paint throughout the house.
