We used Lexar to build our home in Chehalis. Overall great job. We are very happy with our house quality. They estimated it would take 6 to 8 months to complete the build and they met that timeframe. They worked well with us on selecting and implementing options on a standard house plan that makes our home really a custom home.
** buyer beware**My husband and I were so excited to use Lexar Homes. We signed their contract, picked out the home and colors, started engineering. Exactly 35-days after we signed the contract and the pricing lock ended we got slapped or should I say hit with a 30% price increase on our home! The real bummer was the staff (Andrew) had verbally told us many many times the price increases were over. The 30% increase equaled 85K we were priced out of our home and lost our 4K deposit. The office manager was very helpful and informative. Sales staff were out, but she had them follow up right away. Great presentation.
