After searching for builder to add an ADU onto our property, we decided on Lexar. From our initial sales visit and all the way through completion, we had great communication with the Savannah, Link and the rest of construction team. It is very apparent that they care about the quality of their homes while also making sure to capture our vision. We couldn't be happier. We will be using them again when we build our dream home in the country. I highly recommend them if you are looking at building a new home.

We really love our Lexar Home built out of the Centralia office. Our experience went exactly how we had hoped. We were well communicated with by our project manager, the house turned out exactly how we wanted, the price we were quoted was the price in the end and the home was finished within the time estimate we were given. We've been in our home for a few years now and still have no complaints, would do it exactly the same if we had to do it over.
