This place is absolutely horrible to deal with. They deserve negative stars. I placed my order June 13th and I received most the order July 22nd. There were items missing in my order (I also received something I didn’t order) and the training jerseys were not done correctly. They were suppose to put our numbers on them and they did not. The jersey quality is great. My design however did not turn out the way it should have,(to small). They put 7 inch numbers on adult soccer jerseys.(to small) Should've been at least 8-10 inches. The logo on the front is also to small. Then they messed up a name and number on one of the jerseys. Said they'd fix and send new one, but never did. Customer service is a joke. I dont know what happened to this place. I made an order last year and had a relatively smooth experience and received what I had asked for. Now I am trying to make a reorder and have sent multiple messages and after an initial message I dont receive anything. The communication is significantly lacking and at this point I am just taking my business elsewhere.
This company is ridiculous. Do not order from them unless you want to have problems. The whole soccer organization that I am a part of has had issues with all their deliveries. Anywhere from late deliveries to items not even being shipped. My experience was two $45 soccer bags never being delivered. When I contacted customer service, they said they did not see that I had ordered them and to please provide an order number. When I sent them the order number they never responded. I placed an order Aug 6th 2025. Order included 5 pieces from a store they offered for my daughters basketball. I got an order confirmation almost immediately. I received nothing after that. I called at the end of September to check on my order. I had to call several times before I got somebody to give me answers. They apologized and said the order was still in processing.
