I want to give Lexa Sport 5 stars because they really try to be amazing. I have worked with them twice in the past year on two different projects but one thing remained the same in both, after they started out strong: An unexplained lag in responsiveness halfway through the projects. The jersey quality is great. My design however did not turn out the way it should have,(to small). They put 7 inch numbers on adult soccer jerseys.(to small) Should've been at least 8-10 inches. The logo on the front is also to small. Then they messed up a name and number on one of the jerseys. Said they'd fix and send new one, but never did. Customer service is a joke. I can't recommend this business and won't be using them again. They've been late with our order two years in a row. When I called to speak with someone about our order this year, they didn't answer the phones for days, the voicemail box was full, and no one returned my call. There are plenty of other businesses that do this work. Moving on.

I dont know what happened to this place. I made an order last year and had a relatively smooth experience and received what I had asked for. Now I am trying to make a reorder and have sent multiple messages and after an initial message I dont receive anything. The communication is significantly lacking and at this point I am just taking my business elsewhere.
