rude rude rude This place is awful, I JUST called to make an appointment and simply mentioned that I had tried on 1 dress already (a jim hjelm) and I was looking for a lace backless dress and did she have anything like that.The woman, Im presuming the owner, started yelling at me and said she "could already tell she didnt want to deal with me" "I was going to waste her time" and I "needed to remain calm to try on dresses" she continued to say things like she didnt want to deal with me , I was in shock.I was sitting at work a... read more
Do Not Shop Here!!! Absolutely terrible service. My sister and I have never been treated so rudely by a saleslady in our lives. Saleslady clearly hated her job--could not and would not answer my sister's simple questions. Experience was frustrating and just plain dreadful. Please save yourself time and avoid this shop!
Avoid Lex Bridal at all costs! It was the most horrible experience of my wedding! The owner/seamstress is extremely unprofessional. She lied to me on several occasions, did not show up for appointments, and screamed at me on the phone. I finally had to go pick up the dress and take it somewhere else. I would not recommend going there!
