rude rude rude This place is awful, I JUST called to make an appointment and simply mentioned that I had tried on 1 dress already (a jim hjelm) and I was looking for a lace backless dress and did she have anything like that.The woman, Im presuming the owner, started yelling at me and said she "could already tell she didnt want to deal with me" "I was going to waste her time" and I "needed to remain calm to try on dresses" she continued to say things like she didnt want to deal with me , I was in shock.I was sitting at work a... read more

Avoid Lex Bridal at all costs! It was the most horrible experience of my wedding! The owner/seamstress is extremely unprofessional. She lied to me on several occasions, did not show up for appointments, and screamed at me on the phone. I finally had to go pick up the dress and take it somewhere else. I would not recommend going there!

unprofessional business Please research and get reviews on bridal shops before going out to spend your money. Lex is pushy, told me not to go to Marys bridal cause they were too exspensive, and she is unethical, unprofessional, and a fraud. Shame on her.

Do Not Shop Here!!! Absolutely terrible service. My sister and I have never been treated so rudely by a saleslady in our lives. Saleslady clearly hated her job--could not and would not answer my sister's simple questions. Experience was frustrating and just plain dreadful. Please save yourself time and avoid this shop!

DON'T Go to lex I was referred to by several people to Lex. She did very well suggesting dresses for the style I was looking for and seemed very helpful. She rips the tags off her dresses (obviously so you won't price shop at other salons, which is understandable) but even when I purchased the dress she wouldn't tell me what designer made the dress. I found it online and it was a Mori Lee, but she insisted on saying "I order from my factory" when I would ask which made me hesistant to begin with because I know she makes her ... read more

Do yourself a big favor and STEER CLEAR of Lex Bridal! For the love of God, please DO NOT go to Lex Bridal to buy a wedding dress or to have a dress made or altered! I made this HUGE mistake, and I can't even begin to describe the number of problems that I had with her. I'll start with this: I worked with Lex for 8 months to have my dress custom-made, and on the day that I was to pick it up -- 4 days before my wedding -- she was nowhere to be found.
