Nice and clean community. Staff are very friendly. I walked in and fardin guided with tour. Park view units are great.
I just moved in this week and the move in process has been amazing ! Marvin and Monique both helped us so much. They were so welcoming and made us feel at home. I really appreciate the fact that we got to sit down and talk with them in person and be able to sign a lease within a week. The process was so easy, so smooth and made the entire experience so enjoyable.
We had a very disappointing experience with the leasing process at The Lex Apartments. Throughout the application process, communication from management was extremely limited and unclear. On two separate occasions, our application disappeared from the leasing portal without any notice or explanation, and we only received updates after repeatedly contacting the office ourselves. Husband and I did a self-guided tour of The Lex this week and the leasing team was really helpful. Marvin especially was great, super helpful before and after, answered all our questions and was easy to talk to. Thanks Marvin!
