Rent is INSANE when we first got it was only $2760 for just 1 bedroom now after 2 months we pay $3098 just for 600sqt 1 bedroom the manager Monique won’t help do anything and will ignore everything here HORRIBLE service HERE DO NOT MOVE IN
LAWSUIT COMING SOON!!! Been complaining to the office about the horrible weed smell coming through our vents with a child in our house and they just ignore you and don’t do anything about it. My daughter has to smell cigarettes and weed 24/7 in the room yet this is a “NON SMOKING COMMUNITY” the manager won’t help at all and just ignores the problems living here. Pay 3k for this???
Stay away from this place, your car get broken into, your package get lost, they charge you extra than say “lack of understanding account balance”. Our mail was stolen from a code gated room and they told us it’s our job to call the police and follow up! This place is like a nightmare, stay away.
The building has an app where residents can report all kinds of problems, which makes it very difficult for outsiders to know what is going on at The Lex. The main problem is security. - There have been cases of residents finding strangers inside their homes, and it is unclear how they gained access to the building. - Cars with broken windows in the building's parking lot. The leasing company won't even give you the camera footage unless the police request it. - A huge number of packages are stolen EVERY DAY inside the condo... read more
