Amazon packages were regularly stolen from the hallways. If you go for a tour you might notice many apartments have ring cameras on their door. This is the reason. It doesnt solve the issue as people still keep stealing packages. There was once an issue where even mailroom was broken into and things were stolen. How cool is that? They say security patrol is present but its useless. People wait in their cars and literally tailgate when they see a car entering through the garage door. During my tour, I found Marvin very professional and helpful person. It's a nice property, with great location.
The one thing that has never disappointed me is the maintenance team, especially Mohamad and Antonio. They are ver friendly, knowledgeable and quick to act.
Mohammad from maintenance was very professional and fixed the issue quickly. Really appreciate his help.
I love living here with amazing staff. Service team Antonio and Mohammad are very professional. Marvin is good at the office. Nice park Infront for afternoon walk.
