This is probably the 4th apartment I’ve lived in and have been here for a month now. Absolutely best community I have ever lived in. This place is tech focused, modern, spacious, and most importantly - has a very accommodating staff. The move in process was perfect and Cheyenne has helped with absolutely everything! I have lived at The Lex for almost 3 years. I am going to miss living here and the atmosphere. I resided on the first floor . Everything was always cleaned daily , mopped etc! Cleaning crew was always doing as they needed. Monique , has always been super friendly to me and my children and others as I have seen. The only good thing and the one star I give this apartment complex is the amazing maintenance guy that comes when you need him to fix something inside the apartment. He is amazing! Other than that, horrible place to live!!! Enjoy living here immensely, the entire team seems to care genuinely about the tenants, which is not something I'd generally say about other apartments. Irving, in particular,is so kind, efficient, and effective
The Lex has an outstanding service team! Irving especially! Friendly and very good at his job! Give that man a raise!
