Now management has the audacity to give out referral bonuses. I cannot in good conscience recommend this complex to anyone and will not be renewing. Upon move in it seemed like the unit was not ready for a new tenant. The air vents were stained with black dust coming out of it, the toilet was broken, light switch in the bathroom was not working, light switches were old and crooked, stained and chipped paint throughout the unit, dirty ceiling, and broken window shades. Stay away from this place, your car get broken into, your package get lost, they charge you extra than say “lack of understanding account balance”. Our mail was stolen from a code gated room and they told us it’s our job to call the police and follow up! This place is like a nightmare, stay away. They replaced our shower door without letting us know the previous was shattered and left many glass pieces. They install a used unclean shower door upside down! DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A SCAM They will move you into a water damaged bathroom with black mold and won’t repair anything. Maintenance team is HORRIBLE won’t fix or repair anything in the complex. No units here are even up to standard with how much money you pay here it’s ridiculous very dirty place

If I could give 0 stars, I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE! There was a homeless man hiding behind the wall, waiting for someone to open the gate so he could get in. As soon as I saw him, I changed my direction, but someone else opened the gate and he walked right inside. I immediately called the leasing office during business hours and asked them to call the police or do something about it. The response I got was, “You need to call the police. Do NOT move into these apartments. The staff onsite is wonderful but the company management is terrible. They undercut safety measures while continuing to increase rent.
