January of 2022 we had Lex Air install a new AC and furnace. Instead of replacing just a piece of the furnace, we went with their recommendation of getting a new AC/furnace. Summer 2022 we started experiencing a problem where the AC unit outside would make an incredibly loud sound and blow hot air.
