TWO HOURS at an 8am appointment. So no reason for it to have taken 2 hours. They told me AFTER giving me eyedrops that I would have impaired vision 4-24 hours. After that, a different person put in more because she didnt know. The way they moved me around and had to redo things made me think it must be a prank. Doctor was fine. Front desk person I interacted with was fine. Some staff were nice enough but had no clue what they were doing. Zero communication....never going back.
Make sure to bring a cupcake and candle for each appointment…you’ll have a birthday in the waiting room…
My son comes here for his regular vision care as well as had surgery here for prior eye issues. They are so caring, kind and listen to the parents concerns. They don't just treat your kiddo, but they explain all the steps to you without making you feel like you're stupid while doing so. They are patient and helpful at the front and checkout desk as well as the optometry/glasses side!
Like my dr dr taglia staff very nice staff! No problems just long waits some times
