I have had to edit a post from years ago to add this current review. I received a call from Tina Valpo office. She was so very kind and knowledgeable, I had concerns about my upcoming surgery and she intelligently answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. It was so refreshing to speak with someone so knowledgeable from, cost, insurance and treatment and procedures. She sure is a 5 star person you want on the other end of the phone. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:20 PM and by 3:00 PM my son still hadn’t been seen or given any real update on the delay. What’s frustrating is how strict they are about charging patients for “no call/no shows”, yet they don’t seem to value other people’s time the same way. I understand that delays can happen in any office, but communication and respect go a long way.
