Appointment FOR CATERACTS. Upon arriving at office the receptionist did not greet us. There were 2 ladies working the front desk, that were extremely rude. One of them told my mother that she didn't need to carry her MEDICARE "B" CARD. (You actually do need it from time to time). She also told my mom to put her name on a paper, my mom filled out her name and address. The lady working raised her voice and said "YOU DIDN'T LISTEN, I SAID JUST YOUR NAME". I was Referred here for my daughter. Who’s two years old. I did not have any problems whatsoever with this facility. Honestly, when the doctor found out that my daughter is autistic and nonverbal, she figured out how to work around that and didn’t treat her any differently. They got down to her level, which is what I really loved about this place versus some places won’t even get on her level. We all felt welcomed. My daughter didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Very unprofessional and rude. The staff need a lesson on basic customer service and communication. Working in the same industry myself, this is is unacceptable and this place is poorly managed. It's an hour away from where we live but had to go due to my premature baby as this is the only place available around our area. As soon as you call you are interrupted and just shrugged off.

ATTENTION PARENTS: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS My daughter had an appointment on December 23, 2024, and this experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The doctor and staff were pleasant. But you have to plan to be there half of your day. They are either overbooking themselves or assume your time doesn't matter. I had to leave 3 different times before I could even see the doctor because I had been there for over 2 hours already and had other obligations.
