Everyone was so kind from the front desk to the provider. I was greatful they were able to see me as an emergency visit, and when I was still having some discomfort they were more than willing to help! Dr Ireland was very helpful.
Went there today for the first time as a new patient. I waited over 2 hours to be seen and was never offered the opportunity to buy contacts through them, I was only given a prescription. Dr. Burton and Crystal the tech were very nice and they are the only reason I am giving this rating.
I have been going here for over 20 years. I want to start by saying Dr Ireland is fantastic and this review has absolutely nothing to do with him. Unfortunately that is all the good I have to say about this place. I understand policy, but to refusing to provide me information as simple my prescription (that I had to pay for from having a previous exam) is not the way any medical professional should do business. I’m sure the doctors here are great but the front desk ladies or whoever answers the phones are completely rude for NO REASON. If you lack customer service skills or hate your job just leave. There is no need to pass your miserable personality on others. I wonder if Dr. Vasamsetti knows how many patients she loses because of them.
Appointment FOR CATERACTS. Upon arriving at office the receptionist did not greet us. There were 2 ladies working the front desk, that were extremely rude. One of them told my mother that she didn't need to carry her MEDICARE "B" CARD. (You actually do need it from time to time). She also told my mom to put her name on a paper, my mom filled out her name and address. The lady working raised her voice and said "YOU DIDN'T LISTEN, I SAID JUST YOUR NAME".
