If you are looking for a chiropractor with bedside manners, don't go to this office. I had a very unprofessional experience and the doctors were extremely sarcastic and chauvinistic. I've never been to a chiropractor and clearly stated so, but left without a clear understanding of what I'm supposed to do until the next appointment. Instead when I asked, I was given a sarcastic remark by both doctors and the office staff. I will refrain from further details that were appalling in terms of unprofessional conduct.
Great office and staff. Even when they are busy, they get you in on time. Excellent rehab facilities. The best whiplash treatment I have ever seen. They are big on making patients more self-reliant through exercise, postural correction, and ergonomic modifications. They are straight up in all their recommendations. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
