I love this place. We took our rescue kitten here and they were so professional, checked in with us after every appointment, and made us feel so welcome. We also had the best surgery experience here - clearly they did a fantastic job. The folks who work here are so kind and their love for animals really shines.
I am so amazed with them, I had only a little money and they helped me tremendously
The Dr and everyone there was so nice and they were so nice to my kitten. I would recommend them to anyone
Very disappointed. I have never been treat this bad at a vet place before. The vet was very rude and told me that I did not know how to take care of my dog and that I should take her to the pound. When I was going there to get my dog help. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. They treat you like you are dumb and don't know anything. When she came out to give me my dog Med she said " you are abusing this dog by not taking her to the pound" this was very unprofessional of her. I left the vet place in tears. I have always had great luck at this vet hospital and have used them since I moved to the area, and continued to use them even after moving an hour away...that is until today. Today I was treated with such disrespect and treated so badly I not only was appalled but also dumbfounded. Everyone should be treated with respect, not told they are being INHUMANE when they bring their overweight cat in for help and questions. Very pleased with the service we received! My sister's cat was treated carefully and respectfully, and his well-being was front and center. The staff was very accommodating to him and us, and he couldn't have been in better hands! Thank you for making a hard decision a bit easier.
