First ill start by saying the receptionist who answers the phone is great. Now the bad. 1 they mixed up my contact i formation completely. Had the wrong number and even address. I hadn't heard from them with my referral so I called and go that corrected. Next I wait for them to schedule a consultation. Never did Dr. Detrick never even bothered to talk to me nor see me. I've had two surgeries here and both went well ... I currently have multi level herniated disks in my back ... I've been unable to really do much of anything for 2 weeks ... They've had my scans for almost a week now and the doctor hasn't even looked at them ... He was off Friday and now off Monday meanwhile I'm on my back and ass for two weeks in pain ... Nurse says, "he's a busy guy" when I called to push them to schedule me ... Yeah, off 4 days in a row, super busy. Stop viewing patients and cash and view them as people. ... read more
I'd just like to say Dr. Gregory Gosey is wonderful. He's very thorough, caring, understanding and worked/is working extremely well with my adult Aspergers/hypersensitive son. He has taken all of my son’s needs into consideration and has made sure his staff and the hospital nurses did as well. I highly recommend him.
