I have no issue with the employees per say, what I have an issue with is their billing practices. They bill you based on estimates. Most water companies bill you on actual usage, not guess work and hopes and dreams. We own the vacant lot next to our house, it has absolutely no water spigot or access to the irrigation water but yet we get a bill twice a year for irrigation water. They claim they can bill us because of the perceived amount we "might" use if we had access to the water. Riddle me that?! I'm literally paying a wa... read more

Very disappointed with this place. Have been trying to get financially stable since starting work 3 months ago, wife gave birth to our new family addition recently and I took paternity leave unpaid and so here we are with a 2 week old and Loid can’t wait 7 days (payday) for a $240 payment. Instead they told my wife to go to Salvation Army after her telling them we have 3 children and a newborn and continued to shut off our water and basically showed absolutely no care to the situation.
