Very disappointed with this place. Have been trying to get financially stable since starting work 3 months ago, wife gave birth to our new family addition recently and I took paternity leave unpaid and so here we are with a 2 week old and Loid can’t wait 7 days (payday) for a $240 payment. Instead they told my wife to go to Salvation Army after her telling them we have 3 children and a newborn and continued to shut off our water and basically showed absolutely no care to the situation. Depends some times on response time. Some times fast other times takes forever.
Very, very expensive water. Quite ridiculous.
My deceased Father’s home is in the orchards. I live out of state and with that am not able to check on things with the home as much as one would like. LOID gave me a call when they noticed that my water bill/meter had suddenly increased dramatically,knowing that the home was/should be vacant. That thoughtful phone call has already saved me a large amount of money. They were so kind and helpful. It was like having a friendly neighbor look out for you. Thank you LOID staff for looking out.
