Purchased a Yukon at another dealership (learned my lesson). Had several issues as well as needing a key fob programmed. Called service and was put in contact with Toby. Toby was absolutely amazing to work with. Within 5 minutes my issue was fixed! After the dealership experience I had prior to this, Toby is the reason Karl Tyler will be my first stop for an future vehicle purchases. Great Service!

Bought a Nissan Rougue love the car but something went wrong with the tires 15K miles and the back right is bald but Karl Tyler’s service department doesn’t care. Lost my busy and all the people I know I will tell them not happy. Then give me new price on tires with no discount. Lost my business

Bought a used GMC. Had a used instrument cluster that needed programmed for the vehicle. The tech did the job fine but when I got the bill, there was a supplies charge for $19.50. FYI only supplies used for a program is a paper floor mat if they used one. (I know this from 22yrs as a master tech) when I asked about it the answer is that’s just how it is. One of the main reasons I will never go back to auto repair is how the companies treat their customers, and this is a good indicator of how they treat people
