My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. We chose this for the price, not being able to find anything else suitable in this area for the price. We have a 627 sqft one bedroom and pay $860 a month. The cons:The apartments them selves are older. They have older carpet and a rock/tile hallway floor. the cabinets are older styled wood, ceiling is popcorn and they have linoleum on the kitchen and bathroom floors.
