I went here yesterday. this place was very clean and the staff was very nice. Dr. Kim was great.
Wait time is horrible. Moved Urgent Care Clinic to main campus, so basically all they are doing is working you in with the massive amount of other patients. Told me they would start seeing patients for urgent care at 2:00. Got here plenty early and here it is 3:40 and still waiting, while they’ve been herding everyone else in and out. My husband had bilateral shoulder joint replacement within 4 months. He was prepared for the surgeries because the staff (especially Dr. Jeremy Smalley) answered all of our questions. He never rushed us and always listened intently to questions and concerns. He is a shoulder specialist STAR in the Roanoke Valley ⭐️. We highly recommend him and the practice.
I have been seeing Dr. Waldrop over the last couple of years and he replaced my right hip in 2016 and my left hip in 2018. He has done an outstanding job on my hip replacements and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a top notch Orthopedic Surgeon.
My daughter broke her finger on a Thursday night and no one would see her until the following Friday. The walk in service at VA Orthopedic Direct got her seen and what was a serious break corrected when it should have been. Thank you.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Virginia Orthopaedics in Salem. I had the misfortune to break my wrist/arm, but was fortunate to have Dr. Jeremy Smalley attend to my injury. He worked with me, listened to me, and gave me no nonsence, but caring treatment and advice. He greeted me at each appointment with a smile and took his time to explain my treatment. Dr. Farmer and his staff proformed a Oxford unilateral compartment knee replacement and stem cell attachment to to damaged meniscus. With a little help from Lewis Gale Regional Hospital friends and my wonderful wife Maribeth O'Keefe Capuno I'm heading home... like a burger...in and out.... 700 am to 315 pm... Now 4 months of rehab with my special friend Fenway..... thank you all for your support.. Cheers to Dr. Farmer and his staff at Virginia Orthopeadic in Salem.
