I went in for severe symptoms of Covid 19. body aches, fever, chills, headache, hard to catch my breath. They took me back right away. from what I could see and hear there might have been 3 people in the ER. They came in and took an x-ray of my chest, nurse came in for blood. no one asked me during check-in if I had allergies I had to bring it up to the nurse. WOW. Some type of female DR came in said I had pneomonia asked me my symptoms I had to repeat them several times as she could not hear or understand me not sure which.... read more

They cheat on their wait times. They do not let people sign into the kiosk to check in. They just get the person's name and ask them to be seated. Their wait times reflect 3 or 4 minutes but you'll be waiting a heck of a lot longer than that. All because they want it to look good on paper.

Service was great and all was done well. Yet here I am still dealing with bills that have went into collections about a year later. Why? Because I was told when I went in I would receive a letter within a week from Richmond for the charity form as I had no insurance at the time. Guess what i never received. That's right the form for the charity. I then get a letter saying i was denied for the charity due to them not receiving the form i was said to receive in the mail. This hospital reeks of incompetence. Particularly at the dialysis center where th e y don't even weigh you before or after treatments meaning yes they dont have a clue how much to legitimately pull off of you. These people are likely responsible for a lot of congestive heart failure amongst their patients. The rest of the staff is adequate but the dialysis staff are completely worthless
