She found me several options and when I came back to the store and needed something just a tad different to fit our budget better, she found the perfect set for me in minutes!! and the ring she found fit me perfectly! She was so kind and informative and also talked to me on a personal level which was an amazing change from other sales experiences. My diamond fell out of my engagement ring and LDG did an excellent job of replacing it and cleaning my ring. It looks as shiny as the day my husband proposed! Great friendly customer service. Jodi worked with my insurance company, too.
I’m a long time customer with LDG. I can highly recommend Jackie, Jodi and staff to exceed any expectation of what a jewelry store should be. I am always warmly welcomed. They are willing to show you as much as you want to see. I love looking at their estate collection (pearls!).
