I've brought my vehicles to Lewis when visiting friends or passing through for many years. Easy to get appointment. Friendy, courteous, team. Responsive to concerns, honest. This visit. A/C now works great. The sway bar links seem to work great. They keep my 170k+ miles Corolla running like new. We trust them.
Got a tundra, so far its great. The bad (reasons for 4 stars) : bad communication skills. A lot of texts that took hours to be answered, and at one point i asked a question on a Wednesday and heard nothing back all of thursday or Friday. This caused me to think that it wasn’t gonna work out. I started looking at other options.
