I had a very disappointing experience at Lewis Toyota of Topeka today. Everything started off fine with our 8am appointment. My daughter and I were greeted by Steve. Steve made a service recommendation due to the age of Highlander that was fine and appreciated. I told him let's wait due to some concerns in regards to the brakes. He said no problem that he would have the tech check the brakes first and get with us. At 8:45 I went to ask Steve if there was an update on the brakes.
