The Parts Dept. & Service Dept. did a great job preparing a key fob for me.
We have been wrestling with how to review this service dept. The service writer was arrogant, pushy, and then tried to back-peddle. First words at our car window were "you scheduled a 60k but we are rolling that into your next oil change... ....it is too hot and it takes too long!@^='. WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE IT AT THAT TIME then say "that isn't the one we do, anyway? The staff is always so pleasant and make an effort to keep me updated. The courtesy van driver, Ron, was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with.
