RecommendedDriving from Nebraska to Colorado. Started having transmission trouble. Called and Bret got me right in. He explained what they had to do and was upfront that it will have cool down and it will be a wait. Instead of making us wonder. Told me the items that needed fixed. On our way back it was still acting up and called night before. Again said just bring it in and we will take care of you. We bought a Toyota Camry from Lewis around Easter. After getting it home and driving it for a few days we noticed some interior issues. I took the car back to Lewis just to ask where I needed to take the car to fix the issues, and they replaced the back seat at no cost to us! Then, when We took it for an oil change, We forgot we had the maintenance care package and was supposed to get the oil change for free. I paid for the oil change. Our daughter and grandson from Maine, heading to Durango CO to drop him off for college. Tire pressure warning light came on in their 200k mi Camry on I-70 near Hays, so they pulled in to Lewis Toyota’s service department. No wait. Staff diagnosed one tire overinflated and one tire underinflated. Wouldn’t take any payment. Nice people!
Just drove all the way from Denver...quick and easy!
