They received a referral via assurant for an insurance claim on my toro riding mower from Lowe’s. Can’t speak to their work, but telling me to wait two more weeks twice in a row and hearing nothing again really made my life rough with a sick newborn and recovering from surgery myself. Please tell the insurance company you are too busy to take on more cases instead of stringing people along.
