They have the contract for where I live. Ashlyn and Jasmine (?I think is her name) are wonderful! Any time I have an issue, they are on it right away! This is SOO appreciated- from ac not working, to fridge went out n even small things that are seemingly trivial or low priority, these ladies and their team are on top of it & get it handled without me having to coordinate or constant bugging them to get it fixed.
