If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I inherited this company from a property that I purchased from Return on Rentals and I have not received rent since August 2019. They have not picked up the phone, responded to my faxes or email. HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I have reported to the Federal Trade Commission
This company received my monthly rent income by mistake and is trying to not return my money. They stop picking up the phone. They stole my money and will not return it even though they received the money by mistake from my tenant. It has been over 6 months that they took the money. I will have to take them to court to get my money back.
