Used them many times as I was a manager at.a storage facility. Joan was extremely professional and knew how to handle any situation I had. The facility is now closed going on four years, called and she actually remembered me. This place deserves your business and if unsure, trust in Joan!
I'm only giving one star because they gave me a refund..They did nothing but make my life harder..I paid them and they lost my paperwork..when I called to check up on it, all they could do is blame DMV..i talk to DMV and they didn't know nothing about the lien..All they did was waste 5 months of my time..that cause me to get in trouble with the law for their incompetence..
