Not Receptions fault if YOU cant sched a appt!!! Celebration Dental is a great practice, They make me feel very relaxed as I get nervous at my appts, The practice is big and it is hard to sched cleaning appts (they sched 6 months in advance) Surely its not the Coordinators fault if YOU cant schedule a appt, Everyone works and everyone has their "Unique scheduling challenges" People are so silly with their reviews! I love the practice but if you want a Small office feel this is not the office for you!
Poor Reception Holly, the Scheduling Coordinator NEVER answers the phone and lets all calls go to voice mail. I had to cancel my cleaning appointment in November and was finally able to reschedule in January! Other than that, I LOVE Celebration Dental...just too bad Holly won't go the extra mile to HELP Patients with unique scheduling challenges.
They suck and they are liars! I had a crown fall out and called to see if they could get me in between appointments- I also said I didn't have insurance and needed a firm quote of the price. They firmly quoted $81 and when it came to pay- they price went up to $132. They flatly denied quoting me this price. I argued and they went to get the girl who I spoke to this morning she flatly lied and said that she did not quote me the $81. Lying and deceit have no place at an upscale dental office as this one. DON'T GO HERE AT ALL!
This office treated me and my family great!! I had a wonderful expierience...the staff is personable,friendly and knowledgable. The dentist had great bed side manner at my new patient exam and explained all that was needing to be done and why. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, but it was strongly recommended to make a 6 month appt as they "book up" fast.I did have an issue with my insurance co. underpaying a procedure, but I was well aware before my cavity filling appointment that I had signed and estimate and the amoun... read more
Excellent Experience Being the great chicken that I am, I found this dental practice to be superior in their bedside manner and in professionalism.The office staff was courteous and professional as well as the hygenists.Great service without pressure to buy unnecessary items.
Billings and Bed side manner stink The billing department stinks. They have no idea what they are doing and the office personel is lacking skills in all areas. They are a ripped off and I would not refer anyone to them.
BEWARE!! I,too, had problems with billing. Twice I arrived for my scheduled appointments to be told I had arrived on the wrong day. I had the handwritten cards from their staff with the date on them. Twice I was told I needed to pay a missed appointment fee for days I did not have appointments. My daughter was seen by the orthodontist on staff and we loved him! THE WORST DOCTORS EVER I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND all they care about is the money and they don't give a damn about your oral health, it's hard to get an appoint, even in case of emergency. they will just over charge you and when you call them to get explanation, they will just say, oh sorry we made a mistake, and if you don't search and double check with your insurance , their excuse will be that finance is not in that specific office and sometimes they make mistakes...seriously, I've been to so many dentists, these are de... read more
Double Billing Practice Although we have "Preferred Dentist Program" through a large group insurance program, I was still double billed after paying the demanded amounts with my credit card. The following week I received another bill for the same service and amount paid. Had I not complained, I would have paid twice.
