Since my reviews keep getting deleted...I will continuously give bad reviews and will continue to report to the BBB about the horrible service that Mrs. Lewis gave us after we spent so much money with her. A week ago, I picked up my custom wedding band. It was quoted to be a 14k white gold band and I received a 10k white gold band. When I questioned the staff about it, the response I got was that the lady that helped me ( I’ll leave her name out of it) must not have checked it and this is what was made and asked for payment.
