Everyone from the office staff to Craig himself was very friendly and professional. We paid the extra for him to use his camera that detects moisture in the walls. Good thing we did. There was some leakage from a vent in the roof that he found which the home owner had to fix. I would highly recommend paying the extra for this service. As I would highly recommend Craig himself.
Professional and courteous service! Lewis Home Inspection recently competed our septic inspection. Craig and Toni stayed throughout the entire process, and completed our inspection report in a timely and thorough manner. Toni was very helpful every step of the way. We highly recommend Lewis Home Inspection, and we hope to use them again very soon for a home inspection.
I really appreciate the way he found minor details. But of course there was a notable defect on the roof structure inside the attic which he found because of his careful inspection. Id recommend his services for home inspection and will definitely use the companys services when I buy my next home.
Craig was easy to reach and was willing to work with us around our schedule. It was so easy to schedule the date and time online. On the day of the inspection, he arrived early and did a very thorough inspection of our home. After the inspection, he spoke with us and the report was posted online the same day. The link to the report and resources online were impressive. We had a great experience with Craig and would not hesitate to use him in the future.
We were buying a home in June 2011 & thanks to the thoroughness of Craig, we were saved from making a costly mistake. We had paid extra for a termite inspection & thank God we did, because Craig found serious termite infestation both outside the garage wall & in the unfinished basement. He later offered to come back & do an inspection after the sellers had done the repairs, free of cost. In the end , we did not buy the house, which sold for \$30k less & we thank ourselves that Craig turned out to be an honest & efficient ins... read more

This is a completely unprofessional operation. They did a home inspection on my home putting imput into a routine computer form during the inspection. Craig Lewis missed some very important features which I will not mention all but two most important errors he made when he stated the gas fired furnace and stove was in satisfactory condition. However, there is no GAS service into my home..only ELECTRIC.. Mr. Professional! Also, bored about eight large holes in my yard to check the septic system which I agreed with the stipula... read more

craig was professional, timely and thorough. a week later our contractor praised his report as we discussed the work that needed to be done (and which was caught thanks to craigs eagle eye). highly recommend.
