Lewis Heating and Air - more specifically James Lewis is an absolute conartist. He installed my unit last month and stated he would register and email me my warranty paperwork (expertise? this was after he couldn't figure out how to wire the hvac unit into our nest, so we had to then buy an old school thermostat. Promptness? He spent THE WHOLE DAY at our house). Reguardless he NEVER sent this paperwork to us, his employee stole our multimeter (which was no where near their equipment AND was prominantly labeled with our name.... read more
