I called to have flowers delivered the same day. The person I spoke with was very pleasant. I asked for an emailed picture of the arrangement, she said it was no problem. I hung up. The florist called me back to verify my email. Hung up. I called back to add a blessing message to the card, this time the person that answered was a bit irritated, it was in her voice.
