My daughter received her second fillings this week with Dr.Turney, and overall, it was a good experience. I really like Dr.Turney; he has a great way with children, he's personable, answers questions easily, and is gentle. My only near-complaint would be that I'm not completely comfortable with all of his Dental Hygienists. We've had 2 that we really like, one who quickly snapped at my daughter (I was right there, and there was no reason for her shortness) and one who seems to be a little bit unsure about herself, which make... read more

I had a root canal-my first. It hurt bad for a week w/pain meds. My mother n law said, when she had one done, it did not even hurt the next day. Steve thought maybe it hurt that long, because of my Fibromyalgia. Who knows. All I knew is it was very painful. I need to get another root canal done though! Darla Ritter

My daughter had her first "drill worthy" filling yesterday with Dr.Turney, and it was a very pleasant experience. Dr.Turney's staff are very friendly, and put my daughter immediately at ease. Dr.Turney has a very good "chair-side" manner, and is wonderful with children, so she was comfortable the whole time. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

First of all I want to thank your staff for working me in on such short notice. The proceedure was a little more painful than I was expecting....but that was not the staff nor the doctors fault. I just was sore and mouth hurt for hours after words. The next morning the tooth is still sore however Dr. Turney explained that it was a big tooth with alots of filling. The experience was good...just a little more than what my mind was prepared for.

I would highly recommend Dr Turney if you are considering going to the dentist. I have been afraid of the dentist all my life because it hurt. I would have rather had my teeth pulled than to have them cleaned and worked on. I changed my mind when I visited with Dr. Turney and his staff. They are great. Down to earth and very concerned about the comfort of their patients.
