The renovated townhouse is spacious, clean, and gets plenty of natural sunlight. I also like the fact that we have two assigned parking spaces. Most importantly, the management is super responsive to repair requests. Our fridge broke down on a Friday and they brought a brand new one on Monday morning. The only downside I can see is that the stairs that go upstairs are a bit narrow for carrying large furniture.
