Amazing customer service! They spent two hours with me trying different bikes and even cut off a seat post so it would fit me better just to try! I love my Liv flourish and feel so confident with it. My husband has a Giant roam also which was a huge up grade from our Walmart bikes! If you have a Walmart bike you should try out what Lewis and Clark has to offer! You will not regret it!
It was awesome! Our family went to see this and we had a great time. Thanks for putting this on! BTW, I love my “Liv” bike my son bought me as a gift from Lewis and Clark! Riding around Lake Fayetteville is my favorite thing to do!!!
Walked in after having a bike accident at Lake Fayetteville and walked out with a new bike. They switched all my accessories over and got me out the door.
What a great company! My husband and I recently bought bikes at the Springdale location. Had a problem with one of the bikes that couldn't be fixed and they provided us a new bike to replace it. Very impressed with the service.
The customer service at both locations is amazing. If there is a problem, the staff takes time to listen to you explain what's going on and then do their best to fix the issue. I always feel well taken care of when I visit this store. Special thanks to Rob and Jerod for helping me out today!
Brilliant staff and selection. Top notch customer service. I went in, got financed and rode out with a really nice bike in about an hour. They took the time to get me the perfect bike to fit my needs. They didn't try to oversell me a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Friendly place with long term maintenance on your bike. Stellar job L&C!
