Went in today to look around & went home with my first adult-life bike! Their team was incredibly friendly & helpful without being pushy. They helped me try whatever I wanted to try & answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable manner. It truly made all the difference & I likely wouldn’t have made the purchase had it not been for the staff. Incredible trial & return policies, too! Will continue to shop here.
I have shopped at the Springdale location for many years and they are always friendly and helpful. I recently bought an ebike there and it is ridiculously fun. I went with Lewis & Clark because I really like their bike service and free tune ups. Buy local; it’s worth it.
Nice people. I paid 18 ish dollars for a tube replacement.
