Helpful and professional staff. Joshua did some tuning up on my bicycle and it's been so much better! He is a fantastic mechanic and showed me how to care for it.
I took my "new to me" triathlon bike to Lewis & Clark in search of help with the Di2 shifters which seemed complicated to me. I was leery when I was told it needed a new chain, chain rings, and bearings to be able to shift and operate like new. Yet Brayden, the bike service manager, did everything promised and I feel like I've got a brand new bike!
Took my Intense Spider SC to the shop I bought it from in Bentonville to be serviced. It sat for a week without being touched. I took it out and called Louis and Clark in Fayetteville. Not only did they do a seriously fast turnaround time on the service but also serviced my shock and forks. This thing has never ridden this good. Thanks.
We recently purchased a few bikes, one from the Fayetteville location and two from Rogers, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with every single staff member. The entire process took about two months due to low inventory, which we expected, but it was worth the wait to have experienced, knowledgeable, and kind people helping us through the process. Bought my son’s Giant 24” bike less than 6 months ago from here. We brought it in this weekend for a tune up and a new tube. We waited an hour, they weren’t super busy, only to be told they don’t have the tube. She suggested we order the tube from Amazon and bring the bike back to be repaired. For a bike they sell, they can’t order a tube? We left with a bike my son still cannot ride.
The instant you enter this quality establishment you get the sense you’ve made a great choice and who doesn’t like making great choices. You feel welcomed and valued. The staff is always knowledgeable and polite without being pushy, you quickly realize that they are there for you. They make you feel like part of their family!
We had a problem with customer service back in April 2020. The new manager contacted us and got it straightened out and assured us that the customer service has been improved. Thank you for following up with us!!
