Excellent customer service any time of day!!! They work with you regardless of your credit history and try to find the BEST deal for you and your needs. I have never been happy with any bank and with LCCU I cannot say enough positive things!!!
I am greatly disappointed in lccu. I have a credit card through clearwater credit union which got transferred to lccu. They sent out letters stating new cards were being sent out to us. I received my card 2 days ago and haven't had time to activate it. I use my card for my bills, which i have been surcharged 25 dollars for declining my card. They have treated CCU members poorly. No welcome and no assistance. The on line log in was a clunky time waster
