I'm very disappointed with the attitude of the tellers and other bank employees, that work at Lewis Clark Credit Union; and how they handled my multiple issues. I have had double loan payments taken out and it took my husband, after 4 different people told us that we directed them to do so. It turns out that teller had made a computer error. I have been using LCCU since I was 16 or 17. I am now in my 30’s. This bank used to be warm, welcoming, knew you by name, and there were no hoops to constantly jump though to just make a transaction. Now almost every single time I try and do something with this bank, it either gets messed up, they don’t do what they say they will do, or there is some sort of problem with it.
