I somewhat feel like I was pressured into buying a brand new car and then pressured into buying the warranty. And then everything just went so fast… Then when I went to use the warranty, apparently I didn’t understand the rule and didn’t have enough oil changes to prove so they would approve my repairs so it was a waste of money. I think they should require them to give us a paper that says the thing we have to do in order for the warranty to be valid. I will give them 3 stars for the service time because they got me in the same day when my truck had a bad turbo boost leak, and i was over a barrel, but I'd give them 1 star for the price. They charged me $614.44 for a simple repair that I've done myself in 10 minutes in the past.
