Mike has outstanding service and is very knowledgeable. Great prices with a nice selection of products/bikes. I've had most of my work done on my bike there and it has all been done timely with great results. Not to mention his shop is just a cool place to swing by and check out and chat. Will definitely continue taking my business there!
I just traded in my Sportster for a Street Glide. It was worth the ride to Albert Lea. Very professional and smooth transaction. Nice show room area to stop and check out on a ride. Was referred by a relative that found out they had a very reputable Harley mechanic and the shop rate is quite a bit less than the dealer. Best of both worlds. Customer service....It's not all that matters, but it is way up there. I drove an hour out of my way for a 10k service, and would do it again. You can't beat their prices, you won't beat their customer service and you gotta love the ambiance. +10
I like to give new business a try and I wasn't disappointed. Shop rates are reasonable and they have great ideas to add a little pep or change your riding experience on any budget level
