Love the half loaf bread!!! Always perfect! I get butter white and a Wheat, no more full loafs going bad.
Just found the Lewis Bakery Chicago style hot dog buns in a grocery in a little Podunk town in northern Indiana. Such a surprise and a welcomed one. After moving to Florida from Chicago we never did get the original hot dog bun. Sure miss that and this was a great find. Now just have to encourage Lewis to sell the Chicago style hot dog buns in Florida and that will make a lot of people happy.

Best gluten free buns I've ever had. It was the first time in years I've enjoyed a sandwich. I am so looking forward to having this on my local grocery shelves and being to purchase just like before I was gluten free.
Would have given you five stars if I hadn't just opened the loaf I purchased last night and found mold all over it! Have been purchasing this because it has the best taste and texture of any gluten free breads I've tried.
