My family absolutely LOVES Lewis bread! It always tastes so fresh baked. We are saddened that our local Wal-Mart (Calhoun, GA) has stopped selling it, but hoping to find it at Kroger. ❤
I was so happy that they came out with a 1/2 loaf. I live alone & it was perfect. Now I am even happier. They have come out with 4 buns for hamburger & hot dogs. Throwing so much away with 8 to a package. Thank you , thank you!!!!

I started buying Lewis bread about a year ago because of the half loaf. I live alone and was throwing away a half of bread every few days. Tried the Nutty Oak and fell in love with it. I now have a lot of my friends eating your breads. Tried the SourDough today for the first time and love it too! The half loaves are perfect for a single person and I have never thrown bread away since I started buying Lewis. Thanks for thinking of us singles. Do you make a Salt Rising bread?
I will recommend them for the honesty of their employees. I just dropped 500+ dollars cash in the grocery store where they were servicing the bread. I realized I had dropped, started looking around for It, and Lewis Bakeries employee Jimmy had already turned it in. I thanked him and he would not take a reward saying he was glad to do it. Folks, if the company and the bread are half as good as Jimmy is a human being they have a mighty fine product. Much appreciated all the way around thanks, John Via
