For service on my built-in Sub Zero refrigerator that wasn't chilling, I called Lewis Appliance. They dispatched a representative the same day, and they were courteous, effective, and reasonable. Now the refrigerator runs flawlessly.

Called Lewis Appliance for service on my built in Sub Zero refrigerator not cooling. They sent someone out the same day and they were professional, efficient and reasonable. Fridge is working great now.

We have an old Haier wine refrigerator that stopped working. Vince and Rich came out to the house and looked it over. It was decided that it needed to go into the shop. They tested it thoroughly, made the repairs (not easy on an appliance of its age), and a few days later it was back home working perfectly. Very friendly, professional, and these guys really know what they're doing! Highly recommended.

They are horrible and wont pick up phone calls, they supposedly fixed my freezer when it broke the same day and when I called them, left them voicemails, no one called me for over a week. STAY AWAY!!
