My husband, Lew, and I began leather work in a little shop in Loveland, Colorado back in 1974. Three pet goats in the shop yard, our dog, Duke, and cat, Gandolf, kept us company in those early years, while we learned leather repair, custom design, sewing and production skills, purchasing, sales, public relations. In the 80's and into the 90's Lew ' n' Me custom leather vests and handbags were sold throughout Colorado and the West.
