Dr Lew is a wonderful dentist! Takes the time to explain things. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I drive in from another city because I really like this office and highly recommend them.
Very casual atmosphere and friendly staff make what would be a frightful visit to the dentist a fun thing to look forward to! I've never had to wait too long for my appointment, on my last visit, I was given a very detailed briefing on what my maintenance regime should be. The receptionists are lovely. All of the staff seem friendly. From experience, I can say that Louanne, Karen, and Dawn Marie and Dr Lew are all wonderful!
Excellent staff. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I have had to wait for my appointment but this is usually because Dr. Lew sees emergencies on a daily basis. Dr. Lew doesn't rush his appointments. He takes his time with each patient. I always feel that he takes the time to be sure I understand what is happening.
I have been a patient pretty much from day one when George ( Dr Lew ) started his practice back in Smithville. Followed him to Welland when he moved. Most of the crew have looked after my family since 1990! If that's not a sign of highly capable dental team then I don't know what is?
Dr. Lew and his staff are incredible and generous. They are all very professional and gifted in what they do. This is a place where you can trust that yourself and your children are being well looked after.
Amazing dentist!! He always does such a fantastic job on my teeth whether it be root canals or repairing chipped teeth. He is an artist and takes his time to give you the best possible result. If you're lucky enough to have him as a dentist, don't ever leave.
I have been going to Dr Lew for a long time. He is the best Dentist I've had. I even moved away, tried a new Dentist, and then came back to him. You can't find anyone better than Dr. Lew!!
Dr. Lew has been doing extensive work on my teeth. The experince has been excellent, very skilled and caring professional. Although he is not on schedule I understand why, he takes the time to do the procedures propely and makes sure you are comfortable. Anyone who is looking for a down to earth and knowledgeable Dentist and Hygenists this is the place. No lectures, just care and preventive measures.
OK atmoshere, staff was nice upon arrival but not impressed with Dentist. Maybe due to working with Welland folk too long but felt like a second class citizen.
