Be aware and READ the lease completely before you sign it. I received a warehouse with a 2011 AC unit, it broke down due to WRONG installation. They told me that in order to fix the AC I needed to extend my lease, otherwise I was responsible to change the AC and that once it is installed it belongs to be property!! Basically you have to pay to improve THEIR property without any credits to you, make sure you are aware of these things before you sign, you might end up owning the responsibilities of the owner.

Lawrence provides a concierge type of service as a realtor that others are not able to provide and this is what sets him apart. He truly cares about his clients. He was available whenever I needed him to answer any questions. He was always willing and able to provide great recommendations from lender to irrigation specialist. I would never go to another realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell property.
